Travelers and delegations are discussing activating and developing public transport with the Governor of Najaf

In an effort to develop the reality of public transport in the province of Najaf, the Director General of the General Company for the Transport of Passengers and Delegations, Dr. Abdul-Azim Karim Ghafil, met today, Tuesday, with the Governor of Najaf, Dr. Majid Al-Waeli, to activate public transport and the return of internal transport buses to the province.

Ghafil said: This came in light of the directives of the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi, and during the meeting, they also discussed allocating a place to accommodate the company’s buses, and coordinating the entry of saloon cars to work inside the holy city to serve the expatriates. For his part, the governor of Najaf welcomed the delegation of the Ministry of Transport, praising its efforts to introduce Internal transport buses in Najaf governorate to serve the people, and their effective role in the governorate during the days of visits and other occasions.
